History

In the early days of westward expansion, settlers found bounty and natural beauty in the land along the Cumberland River, used by natives for centuries as fertile hunting grounds.

Nestled among the trees and flowing natural springs, the 7695 sits as a reminder of earlier days when West Nashville was a farm community and neighbors flocked to the Pickney General Store for sandwiches and supplies.

In the 1960s, the Pickneys built on the Creekside of the property, adding a clubhouse with each stone laid by the hands of father and brothers.

Over the years, the property went from farming and family dining to world renowned dive bar, listening room and local music festival venue.

In 2016, under the attentive care of our team, the venue and surrounding properties began a rejuvenation process that has transformed the entire area into a natural showcase paradise featured on the cover of the Nashville Chamber of Commerce’s Live It Nashville Guide to Living and Working in Middle Tennessee.

Venue

The 7695 private events facility is more than a place to have meetings, parties and weddings.

Our primary purpose at 7695 Live is to curate and highlight the natural beauty of the land, while honoring the history of the community, family, friends and travelers.

This same simplified approach is the secret of success for our events, because the venue itself was built with gatherings in mind.

Parking for tour bus coaches and hundreds of cars makes arrival easy for guests, hosts and vendors.

The clubhouse is great for intimate gatherings, and the 20 plus acres of green space and wooded pathways makes outdoor and tented events a breeze.

Only 12 miles from Downtown Nashville, the winding country road leading to our place gives you a sense of adventure and excitement as you leave the feast paced neon of Broadway and weave your way to something different.

Close enough for easy access, but far enough from the city lights that you can see the canopy of stars hanging in the night sky.

The 7695 has played host to a wide variety of events including corporate equine team building, Olympic sharpshooting, influencer parties, private showcases, truck shows and music festivals, community barbeques, alumni and graduation parties, anniversaries, birthday parties, weddings and even haunted house pop up taverns.

From bouncy houses to trapeze fire breathers and of course the most beautiful brides and handsome grooms this side of the Mississippi, the 7695 is truly a one of a kind venue property in Nashville, Tennessee U.S.A.
